If you don't know what to do and get confused about everything you should do one thing CHANGE your Habits.

Habits that can change and give productivity to your daily work. We have the power to change bad habits into good habits. Add these essential habits to your daily life.


Here are some steps to build good habits

1. Wake up early 

If someone has created in their mind how the usefulness of the morning time for them, they will create a habit of waking up early. 

  • The first 1 hour of morning takes for yourself, your thoughts, your dreams. (don't waste it with thinking unnecessary things or with a phone)
  • Do exercise regularly. 
2. Do an Experiment

Making an experiment means understanding and explore new things or knowing yourself better.

  • Choose to write for 30 days, I will write for 30 days and stick with that( you can choose an exercise for 30 days or I am going to stick with my studies for 30 days or anything you want to learn)
  • Something better will come back to you, you learn something new, you create something new.

3. Write Journal

Writing a journal will going to help in many ways, improves your thinking process and also give you some new ideas.

  • Not with the keyboards, keep a pen and write on paper.
  • Writing improves our thoughts, in a journal you can write everything, about your dreams, your weakness, about your day, your improvements.


4.Reading Books

Reading gives us some answers what we couldn't find from any person.

  • Reading strengthens our brain, increase vocabulary, gives deep information over a topic and more.
  • Read what you love - Articles, books, magazines.


5. Ask Questions

It enriches your knowledge.

  • Ask questions, it will help you to clear confusion, to know more about a topic.
  • Don't think that you always know, ask questions to know.


6. Patience and Consistency

Two valuable facts.

  • All better things are in your way, it will take time to be there where you wanted to be, keep patience in every situation.
  • Whatever you are learning right now, or you are working over a project if you don't have consistency then how could you reach your goal.


7. Being a good Listener 

Listening helps us in many ways.

  • Being a good listener means listening clearly, it improves knowledge and concentration.
  • A good listener can communicate properly and can beautifully put their thoughts.

Last but not least drink more water every day.
