If you don't know what to do and get confused about everything you should do one thing CHANGE your Habits . Habits that can change and give productivity to your daily work. We have the power to change bad habits into good habits. Add these essential habits to your daily life. Here are some steps to build good habits 1. Wake up early  If someone has created in their mind how the usefulness of the morning time for them, they will create a habit of waking up early.  The first 1 hour of morning takes for yourself, your thoughts, your dreams. (don't waste it with thinking unnecessary things or with a phone) Do exercise regularly.  2. Do an Experiment Making an experiment means understanding and explore new things or knowing yourself better. Choose to write for 30 days, I will write for 30 days and stick with that( you can choose an exercise for 30 days or I am going to stick with my studies for 30 days or anything you want to learn) Something better will come back...
